BTS member Jungkook has reached another major milestone as his self-written solo track “Still With You” surpassed 500 million streams on Spotify.
The song crossed the milestone on September 6, becoming Jungkook’s sixth track to reach 500 million Spotify streams. His other songs to achieve the feat include “Seven (feat. Latto),” “Standing Next to You,” “Left and Right” with Charlie Puth, “3D (feat. Jack Harlow),” and “Dreamers.”
Among them, “Seven,” Jungkook’s official solo debut single, has surpassed 3 billion streams on Spotify, further highlighting the global success of his solo career.
From a Free SoundCloud Release to a Global Hit
“Still With You” was first released for free on SoundCloud in June 2020, as part of BTS’ seventh anniversary celebrations.
Jungkook personally participated in writing and composing the song, which was created as a heartfelt gift to fans. The track was later officially released on streaming platforms in July 2023.
Featuring a soft, jazz-inspired melody and Jungkook’s signature smooth vocals, “Still With You” has remained a fan favorite for years. Its emotional atmosphere and comforting lyrics have helped the song maintain strong popularity long after its original release.
Another Record for Jungkook
Jungkook has continued to set new records as a solo artist.
With “Seven,” he became the first K-pop solo artist to simultaneously top Billboard’s Hot 100, Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts.
He also currently has four songs that have surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify, further cementing his status as one of K-pop’s most successful solo artists.
