RESCENE Ranks No. 1 in September Idol Brand Reputation Rankings, Surpassing BTS and BLACKPINK

Rookie girl group RESCENE has taken the top spot in South Korea’s September 2026 idol brand reputation rankings, marking another notable achievement for the rising group.

According to the Korea Reputation Research Institute, RESCENE ranked No. 1 in the latest idol brand reputation analysis released on September 16. BTS came in second, followed by BLACKPINK in third.

The rankings were based on an analysis of more than 112.8 million pieces of idol-related brand data collected between August 16 and September 16, including consumer participation, media exposure, online communication and community activity.

RESCENE recorded particularly strong results in keyword and link analysis. Frequently associated terms included “prove,” “become a fan,” and “support,” while keywords such as “Love Attack” and “Pretty Girl” also showed high levels of engagement.

The group recorded a 94.92% positive sentiment ratio, according to the institute’s analysis.

The brand reputation index is designed to measure public interest and online engagement surrounding idol groups by analyzing patterns in consumer behavior across various digital platforms. The assessment combines quantitative data with qualitative monitoring of public reactions.

The September rankings also featured some of K-pop’s biggest names. Following RESCENE, BTS and BLACKPINK, the top 10 included ATEEZ, CORTIS, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, IVE, BIGBANG and Red Velvet.

The latest results highlight RESCENE’s growing visibility in the highly competitive K-pop market and reflect the increasing level of online attention surrounding the group.
